Much like our menu at Crudo e Nudo, Isla’s daily offerings are subject to change depending on factors such as weather, seasonal availability, and ocean conditions. We source hyper-locally and work directly with farmers and fishermen to be sure we are getting the best product available, while also working in symbiosis with several micro-economies in the Los Angeles area. We love working this way, being inspired by incredible ingredients (and the people who usher them to our doorstep), and believe we ought to be responsible to this process by nature of what we do. Sourcing this way is rarely the cheapest way to go, but it is a revolution we want to be part of.
In operating a restaurant through this period of high inflation, we do not charge an automatic gratuity, but we do add a 3% surcharge to credit cards to account for the processing fees accumulated accepting this form of payment. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
